Coach Vince DeGuzman is entering his 7th year as an assistant coach with the Vaqueros and his second year as Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach at Village Christian Schools.

Before taking over as head coach, DeGuzman served as the program’s lead assistant for 11 years, helping guide the team to Nine Olympic League Championships, the 2017 CIF Division 4AA Championship, and the 2016 CIF State Regional Championship.

In addition, DeGuzman also served as the Head Coach at Temple City High School during the 2023–2024 season.

A graduate of Renaissance Academy, DeGuzman played under Coach Sid Cooke and helped lead the program to a CIF Championship, earning CIF Player of the Year honors in the process.
